Rooms are made of straight lines
Property photos are architecture: skirting boards, door frames, worktop edges, tile grout, floorboards, rooflines, fences. An object removal that bends one of those lines is instantly visible, and general-purpose inpainting is weakest exactly there — it is excellent at texture and poor at geometry. Structure Repair addresses that directly. Before the AI fills a gap, it finds strong straight edges entering the gap on one side and leaving on the other, pairs them by direction and by the colours on either side, and draws each continuation into the gap. The AI then fills around a line that already exists instead of inventing one.
When a selection has straight lines crossing it and Structure Repair is off, the editor says so with a one-click tip. If a result still has a kink, “Fix lines” in the result bar reruns the repair with structure guidance.
What to remove, and what not to
Bins, hoses, cables, toys, toiletries, personal photos, a parked bicycle, a temporary sign: anything that is clutter rather than the property. Do not remove permanent defects or features — damp, cracks, a pylon outside the window — from listing photos; that changes what the buyer is being shown about the property itself.
Finish for the listing
